If you would like to place a dedication, birthday remembrance or "Miss You" note you can do so here.
Dedications will be displayed in rotation with other active dedications on our main landing page and will remain active and for at least one week (Current default is 2 weeks).
In order to place a dedication, we would ask you for a small donation towards the cost of maintaining the site. You decide how much you would like to contribute.
When your donation is confirmed you will need to click the "RETURN TO DONATION COORDINATOR PAGE" which will then bring you to a page where you can write your message, upload your photo and place your dedication.
